Instead of herding people through like cattle give them longer than 15 seconds to choose the wash they want...who in their right mind spends money on a car wash and doesnt have their wheels washed?? cleaned my suburban but the factory wheels were filthy i asked the guy...

Car not clean

Right side of car is not clean. Right side looks like it was not washed.? Weird I think. Car needs to be rewashed!

User's recommendation: Check your after going thru wash cycle before leaving the premises.

As always I received a great car wash, my concern was when I paid the bill I asked for change to give the guy on the lot a tip. I asked for 10.00 in 2 fives one for guy at check in and one for the guy drying my car. The lady said " 10.00 tip for what they don't do anything ". Those guys work hard in heat and cold if I want to tip them that should be up to me. I thought that was rude and unacceptable. William
